Chandigarh, December 20, 2024: The much anticipated SJOBA Winter Ball 2024, the annual alumni get together of the St John’s Old Boys Association (SJOBA), is set to take place on December 21, 2024. This grand event will be held at Shivalik Country Club, Sector 1, Panchkula, starting at 7 pm.
The event, renowned as one of the most sought-after gatherings in the tricity region, promises an evening of elegance, camaraderie, and nostalgia. Over 1000 stylishly dressed alumni, along with their companions, are expected to attend this glittering reunion.
Harpal Singh Malvai, President, SJOBA, said: “The Winter Ball is a cherished tradition, celebrating the bond of brotherhood that unites us as proud alumni of St. John’s School.”
Dr Anubhav Naresh, Vice President, SJOBA, added, “This annual reunion brings together distinguished alumni, including judges, bureaucrats, politicians, doctors, lawyers, and entrepreneurs, showcasing the strength and diversity of our alumni community.”
The highlight of the evening will be the felicitation of the Golden Jubilee Batch of 1974 and the Silver Jubilee Batch of 1999, paying tribute to their remarkable journey and contribution to the legacy of St John's High School, Chandigarh.
Adding a touch of glamour to the night, the event will feature live performances by celebrated artistes Gurnazar and DJ Rihya, promising an evening filled with music and entertainment.
