Slogan Writing Competition organised at Home Science College

Chandigarh, March 29, 2023: To create awareness and connect the masses with the theme of India’s G20 presidency, “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” or “One Earth, One Family, One Future”, The Literary Society of the College organized a Slogan Writing Competition on ‘G-20 and Sustainable Development’.
More than 20 students Participated in the Slogan writing competition. The rationale of the event was to engage students on the pressing issues of climatic change and find innovative solutions to restore harmonious link with environment preservation and conservation. The brilliant and articulate minds of the students got reflected on papers as a variety of meaningful and artistic shapes and figures, in different hues and colours, aptly symbolizing and elaborating the theme of G20. The slogans written by the participants invigorated the imagination of all present and witnessing the event.
The Principal of the College, Prof. Sudha Katyal, emphasized that the enthusiastic participation of students in slogan competition shows how it is taking the theme of India’s presidency closer to the young generation of India.
