Smile Torch gets a foot thumping welcome at Elante Mall

Chandigarh, July 17, 2015: Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh Dental Institute on Thursday evening held a massive public awareness drive as a part of National Smile Torch Campaign at Elante Mall, Industrial Area Phase-1, Chandigarh. The Institute students rocked the Elante Mall with their exceptional public awareness programme which included a dramatic display of ‘how to improve dental health’ and distribution of various pamphlets about dental health and answering the queries of participants about braces. The Institute students checked the knowledge of tri-city people about braces/orthodontics and distributed more than 30 gifts in the form of oral health kits to various participants who were aware about their dental health and about braces treatment.  With the massive success of this public awareness drive in Elante Mall, the Institute plans to conduct these types of public awareness drives on more frequent basis and at different places in the tri-city.  / (SK Vyas, Jalandhar)
