Smriti Divas observed to commemorate death anniversary of Bishambar Dass Aggarwal

Jalandhar, August 9, 2019: Banarsi Dass Arya College, Jalandhar Cantt, observed ‘Smriti Divas’ to commemorate the death anniversary of their Founder President, Bishambar Dass Aggarwal, wherein the college management members, Principal Dr.Sarita Verma, teaching and non-teaching staff paid the floral tribute to the noble soul through the devotional hymns.

Principal Dr.Sarita Verma exhorted the students to take inspiration from Udyog Rattan Awardee and visionary Lala Bishambar Dass, who has left an indelible mark as an eminent educationist, reformer, businessman seek inspiration from Lalji’s humbleness selfless service towards humanity and love for education to be on the path of success.

Mohar Singh Treasurer, College Managing Committee paid the floral tribute to Lalaji.

The in-charges of the event were Poonam Nanda and Kiran Sharma; the musical assistance was provided by Pawan Mittal; and the stage was conducted by Nupur Chopra.
