Ludhiana, May 2, 2022: CT University in association with The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), District Bureau of Employment and Enterprises, Government of Punjab, MentorX, and LinkedinLocal  Ludhiana organized HR Conclave V3.0: Deciphering workplace efficiency for GenZ. HR Conclave is an annual conclave hosted by CTU with an aim to provide a platform for sharing best practices, insights, industry experiences, and the latest breakthroughs in the field of HR. The University invited the best of the brains from the industry who with multiple panel discussions, strategic addresses & keynote sessions paved the roadmap for growth in India. 

The chief guest for the conclave was Gurmeet Singh Kular, President FICO while  the esteemed guest of honors were Kundan Lal, Asst, Director MSME-DI Ludhiana, Rajesh Kumar, Asst. The speakers touched upon the notion that today building a sense of community is more important than ever. Giving the GenZe employees the ability to interact and communicate with one another on a single platform can be a vital component in helping promote a positive culture in today’s environment.

Ati Priye, LinkedinLocal Ludhiana Head and Director, CTU, said that authenticity matters to Gen Z, and they expect to see it in the way their employer communicates with them. They want to know what’s going on. They expect transparent, top-down communication from leaders that speaks to them as individuals. Gen Z appreciates communication that feels real and the companies are now revamping their organizational structure to increase the work efficiency of Generation Z.

Dr. Harsh Sadawarti, Vice-Chancellor, CTU said that organizations will have to change to meet the expectations of Gen Z. They must launch initiatives that reinforce the company mission, employees’ roles in achieving goals, and allowing people an opportunity to have their voices heard.

On this occasion Chancellor, CT University, Charanjit Singh Channi and Managing Director Dr Manbir Singh were also present. They thanked all the guests and pledged to continue holding such events while sharing their social responsibility.
