Special lecture on “History and Historiography” 

Chandigarh September 20, 2024: The Researchers Society, Department of History, Panjab University, organised a special lecture on "History and Historiography". 

Professor Vikas Nautiyal, Professor of History at Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Governance and Social Sciences, Jaipur (College Education), Government of Rajasthan, delivered the lecture. The lecture commenced with a floral and formal welcome of Professor Nautiyal, followed by an insightful discussion on historical research and writing.

Chandandeep offered a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to Professor Nautiyal for sharing his expertise, Dr. Jasbir Singh, Chairperson, Department of History and Audience as well. 

The event drew approximately 80 participants, including students, research scholars, and faculty members.
