Special write-up on Independence Day
India achieved Independence on 15th August 1947 with series of sacrifices by our revolutionaries who laid down their lives during freedom struggle to make India free from the clutches of the British Empire by kissing the gallows and sacrificing their lives.

India achieved Independence on 15th August 1947 with series of sacrifices by our revolutionaries who laid down their lives during freedom struggle to make India free from the clutches of the British Empire by kissing the gallows and sacrificing their lives. The Prime Minister Narendra Modi amended the law that the National Flag can be also hoisted during night, as earlier the National Flag was hoisted after the sunrise and the same was removed before the sunset. For the celebrations of 75th Independence anniversary as “azadi ki amrit mahotsav” Prime Minister endorsed for amendment and which was approved.
A positive sign for inspiring youths
As subject of History is diminishing from the educational syllabus due to the revolution in Information and Technology, the present youths are less aware of the India’s freedom struggle movement, how India achieved its goal of Independence? How our Revolutionaries were brutally tortured by the Britishers in jails who demanded Independence? How the Indian Revolutionaries were sent to Cellular Jail Andaman and Nicobar which was named as (Kala Pani) in those days? How the revolutionaries faced miseries and torture of the jail staff? The new ideology of hoisting National Flag on the rooftops of the houses will certainly pave way towards spirit of nationality towards the motherland among the masses specially youths. The National Flag (Tiranga) is our “aan, baab, shann” and by unfurling the National Tricolor the youths will certainly come to know the importance, ideological point of view of the National Flag.
A source of motivation
The National programme “Har Ghar Tiranga” is an ideological approach towards the youths to hoist the National Flag on their houses rooftops. This motivation of hoisting the National Flag on rooftops will certainly boost the sentiments of the youths’ spirit towards Nationalism. The small businessman have got the opportunity to manufacture, sell and do trading of National Tri-color along with the sticks. The Economists are expecting the sale of National Flags as a booster towards the Indian economy in coming days as with Raksha Bandhan Festival season has started in India up to Diwali and Bhai Dooj which can prove to be a booster to the economy.
Indian products
Earlier, few decades back Indians had lot of passion of buying foreign products and they were very crazy towards the imported products but with the industrialisation policy of the Union Government now India has succeeded in manufacturing its own home made products which were imported by different companies few years bac .
Nationalism for unity and integrity
The hoisting of National Tricolor from 13th August 2022 to 15th August 2022 will certainly fill spirit of Nationalism among the masses. The Nationalism among the masses will certainly keep the unity and integrity intact of the country. India with a population of more than 135 crores is at present having the biggest economy in the globe that is the reason the multi-national companies from abroad are finding India as one of the biggest markets for trade and opening of trade centers. India has successfully built National Highways, Express Highways which are proving to be a feather in cap for boosting Indian Economy.
Tiranga Yatras
To create atmosphere of hoisting National Flag on every rooftop of their houses “Tiranga Yatras” were organised throughout India as a motivation of Nationalism among the masses.
Flag Hoisting Code
The Flag Code should be strictly adopted and the rules be followed accordingly, creating atmosphere of awareness among masses in regard to the flag hoisting code which is the need of time to be highlighted to the masses as the people of India are in a jubilant and enthusiastic mood celebrating 75th Independence anniversary of India.
