Sports Meet organised by CRB Public School
CRB Public School, Sector 7-B, Chandigarh organised its sports meet this year too , like the previous years, to connect the students with sports along with education. Such programs are organized in the school from time to time, that is why the students of our school have won many medals and trophies in various sports competitions like state level, international level and national level. The meet was inaugurated by the school's director Naveen Kumar Mittal and Principal Sangeeta Mittal.
Chandigarh, February 23, 2024: CRB Public School, Sector 7-B, Chandigarh organised its sports meet this year too , like the previous years, to connect the students with sports along with education. Such programs are organized in the school from time to time, that is why the students of our school have won many medals and trophies in various sports competitions like state level, international level and national level. The meet was inaugurated by the school's director Naveen Kumar Mittal and Principal Sangeeta Mittal.
On this occasion, they said that sports are as important as education in the life of students. Therefore, all students should participate in as many sports as possible along with education, because sports not only provide them with health, but also contribute significantly to their physical and mental development. Children should take out at least 20 to 30 minutes a day and do some exercise.
Sports meet has been organized in the school with the aim of encouraging children towards sports. In which many competitions were conducted among all the students of the school - like Pick the Ball and Throw in the Basket, Hurdle Race, Balancing with Sunflower, Crown Race, Shifting the Ring, Garland Cap Google Race, One Leg Race, Book Race, etc. On the back, relay, javelin throw, short put, badminton, kho kho, long jump and many other sports competitions were conducted.
Along with the students, teachers of the school also participated enthusiastically in the sports meet and students and teachers have played an important role in making it successful. At the end of the program, the Principal and Director Sir distributed medals, trophies and certificates etc. among the students to boost their morale and called upon them to participate enthusiastically in such games.
