Ludhiana, October 21, 2013: Sri Sri Ravi Shanker, Founder of Art of Living, while referring to Asrama's son Narayan Sai who is running away from police, has said, if one has committed any mistake, he should feel sorry about it and if not, the truth will come out on its own.
During his visit here on Monday, he recalled that one such blot had come on Sant Samaj about a decade ago when Shankaracharya was involved in a controversy. However, later Shankaracharya was given a clean chit by the court. He, therefore, said one should believe in the judiciary.
He also said both good and bad elements are in every field. He added these elements can be in the field of medicine, politics or any other field.
He was reacting to Asaram's involvement in a rape case. It may be mentioned here that he was here on fourth day of his ongoing Punjab yatra. He is touring Punjab as a State Guest.
Sri Sri Ravi Shanker said Asaram's case has created hatred among the devotees, adding now devotees have started looking at other spiritual gurus as well with doubt. Still, speaking about the police case against Asaram, he said, Court will decide about the truth.
Interacting with the media persons, on being asked whether there was some conspiracy to trap spiritual gurus, he said if anybody is indulging into, he will be punished. He categorically said they need not worry about it. www.cityairnews.com
