Chandigarh, January 16, 2013: The State level Republic Day Celebration would be held at Ropar where the Governor of Punjab Shiv Raj Patil would unfurl the national flag and take the solute on January 26.
Parkash Singh Badal, Chief Minister, Punjab would unfurl the flag at Amritsar.
Sukhbir Singh Badal, Deputy Chief Minister, Punjab would unfurl the flag at Bathinda where as Charnjit Singh Atwal, Speaker, Punjab Vidhan Sabha would unfurl the flag at Ludhiana.
Stating this here today a Spokesman of the Punjab Government said that all the Cabinet Minister namely Chuni Lal Bhagat at Jalandhar, Sarwan Singh Philaur at Hoshiarpur, Ajit Singh Kohar at Mohali, Madan Mohan Mittal at Patiala, Parminder Singh Dhindsa at Gurdaspur, Janmeja Singh Sekhon at Faridkot, Surjit Kumar Jiyani at Moga, Bikram Singh Majithia at Tarn Taran, Sikandar Singh Malooka at Sangrur, Anil Joshi at Ferozpur, Surjit Singh Rakhra at Fathegarh Sahib and Sharanjit Singh Dhillon would unfurl the flag at Saheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.
The Deputy Speaker Dinesh Singh would unfurl the national flag at Dharkalan, District Pathankot and the Chief Parliamentary Secretaries, Sohan Singh Thandal-Kapurthala, Choudhary Nand Lal-Khanna, Sant Balbir Singh Ghunas-Mansa, Des Raj Dhugga-Batala, Mantar Singh Brar-Sri Mukatsar Sahib, Mohinder Kaur Josh- Pathankot, Amarpal Singh Ajnala-Ajnala, Avinash Chandar-Barnala, K. D. Bhandari- Philaur, Gurbachan Singh Babbehali-Mukerian, N.K. Sharma- Derabassi, Fatima Nasira Khatoon-Malerkotla, Navjot Kaur Sidhu-Baba Bakala, Parkash Chand Garg- Fazilka, Pawan Kumar Tinu-Dasuya, Sarup Chand Singla-Talwandi Sabon and Som Parkash would unfurl the flag at Phagwara.
