Students accorded with Merit certificate at Global Heartfulness Essay Event
Heartfulness Education Trust and Shri Ram Chandra Mission, in collaboration with the Commonwealth Organization, successfully organized Global Heartfulness Essay Event 2024 on the theme “When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it”.

Chandigarh, February 28, 2025: Heartfulness Education Trust and Shri Ram Chandra Mission, in collaboration with the Commonwealth Organization, successfully organized Global Heartfulness Essay Event 2024 on the theme “When everything seems to be going against you, remember that the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it”.
The event garnered significant attention, drawing participation from diverse stakeholders worldwide. It was conducted in 12 languages, including Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu. Among the noteworthy achievements, three students—Inayat and Anvi from B.Sc. Home Science and Mallika from PGDND—were awarded Merit Certificates for their exceptional essays, earning honourable mentions within their category. The contest is recognized for its high standards and a distinguished panel of judges, showcasing young talents who articulated their insights with eloquence. Prof. Sudha Katyal, principal of the college, congratulated the students for their accomplishments on a global platform. She emphasized that their success serves as a beacon of hope, illustrating that dedication, intellect, and passion can cross borders and leave a lasting impact on the world stage.
