Students of department of Cosmetology of PCM S.D. College for Women excel in result of Beauty and Body Fitness course

The students of the department of Cosmetology of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar excelled in the result of Beauty and Body Fitness course declared by UGC under Community Colleges. Taniya Singh stood first with 86% marks, Bhawna stood second with 85% marks. The 3rd position was bagged by Avinashi Kundan with 83% marks. PCM SD College is the only girls college offering this course. Any student can opt this course after completion of 10+2 in any stream. There is no age bar. Passout students can start their own beauty parlours/Beauty Centres and Yoga centers. They can also be self employed as cosmetologists by making herbal packs, creams. Principal Dr. Kiran Arora congratulated the students on the result and motivated them to work hard for their better future.
