Students donned vibrant dresses and put on a great show of glamour in Ms. Farewell contest

Ludhiana, March 18, 2015: Students of the Department of Commerce, Ramgarhia Girls College, gathered today to bid adieu to the outgoing students of B.Com Ranjodh Singh, President, Ramgarhia Educational Council and his better half, Rajinder Kaur, Commercial Director, GS Radiators, presided over the event as Chief Guests.

Principal, Dr. Narinder Sandhu extended them a hearty welcome. The day proved to be an amazing fiesta devoted to the precious time spent in the college. Students of B. Com presented scintillating dance performances and a number of games played by the students as well as teachers added to the fun quotient. Students of B. Com III donned vibrant dresses and put on a great show of glamour in Ms. Farewell contest. They set the auditorium ablaze with the ramp walk and were cheered by the audience with resounding applause. During the question answer round, they proved that they are beauties with brain. Sakhshi Vaid was crowned Miss Farewell and Amanpreet Kaur and Bhavleen Kaur were adjudged first and second runners up respectively. Rajinder Kaur crowned the winners. Dr. Narinder Sandhu congratulated Prof. Ajit Kaur, Head, Department of Commerce, and her team on organising the gala event. While addressing the students she said that the outgoing students should never forget the values that they have imbibed during their stay in the college and also advised them to brace up for the new opportunities awaiting them.

Ranjodh Singh, President appreciated the students and the faculty members for arranging a fun-filled party and also inspired the students to have faith in themselves as it will ensure their success in all the ventures they undertake in life.
