Students encouraged to follow Sri Guru Nanak Devji’s message of ‘kirat karo naam japo and vand chako’

Jalandhar, December 2, 2019: Guru Nanak Studies Centre (established under UGC Epoch Making Social Thinkers of India Scheme) of Banarsi Dass Arya College Jalandhar Cantt is commemorating 550th year of Sri Guru Nanak Devji’s Birth Anniversary. Various activities are being carried out to propagate Guru Nanak Devji’s philosophy of universal love and welfare of whole mankind, visit to various religious and historical places are being organised. In this sequence, students and teachers visited St.Mary’s Cathedral carrying a message of universal brotherhood. Dr.Surinder Pal Kaur, Mrs. Kawaljit Kaur, Mrs.Mandeep, Ms.Gurbakshish, Mrs.Kiran Sharma and Ms. Anjali accompanied the students. Principal Dr. Sarita Verma appreciated this effort and encourage the students to follow Guruji’s message of ‘Kirat Karo Naam Japo and Vand Chako’ in their life and follow the steps to help the mankind .
