In a heartening display of altruism and commitment to social change, a group of students from Amity School of Fashion Technology at Amity University, Greater Noida, have taken up the cause of uplifting underprivileged children and survivors of acid attacks. Supported by Bhavishya NGO and Chhanv Foundation, these young changemakers embarked on a mission to create a brighter future for those in need.

With a clear vision of providing access to education, healthcare, and essential life skills, the students aim to break the cycle of poverty and unlock the potential of the underprivileged children and survivors. For a span of 16 weeks, fashion students from Amity dedicated their time to teaching valuable skills such as fashion, stitching, and embroidery to underprivileged children and survivors of acid attacks. These skills have the potential to empower participants by enabling them to create garments, accessories, and handcrafted items for either sale or personal use, thereby offering opportunities for enhanced livelihoods.
