Chandigarh, April 24, 2025: Students from University Institute of Engineering and Technology (UIET), Panjab University showcased their technical prowess by presenting three innovative working models at the 10th National Conference & Exhibition on Emerging & Innovative Trends in Engineering Technology (NCEEITET) held at GCET Jammu. The prestigious event was conducted in technical collaboration with IIT Kharagpur and in association with the World Consortium of Universities.
The team from UIET, led by Er. Harsh Bassal and comprising Akash Biswas and Ashish Ranjan, presented a Smart Line Follower Bot and two AI-driven healthcare solutions, receiving wide appreciation for their innovation and practical application.
Their success was made possible under the guidance of Prof. Shankar Sehgal and the continued support of Director Sanjeev Puri, whose mentorship played a key role in the team’s preparation and performance.
