Summer camp concluded at Innocent Hearts
Children had a lot of fun and learned new skills
Jalandhar, June 10, 2022: A ten-day-long summer camp at Innocent Hearts School, Green Model Town concluded successfully on Friday. On the last day of the camp, the students displayed their creations. The Chief Guest of the day was Dr. Palak Bowry Director CSR of Innocent Hearts Group. The program started with the Gayatri Mantra. The students who joined the Music Instrument group showcased their talent by playing various instruments like- Drums, Piano, and Guitar. In Western Dance Group 'A’, grades III, IV and Group 'B' children of grades, V and VI performed Hip-Hop and Salsa dance. In public speaking, the children practised speaking with proper articulation. There were various courses under Art; Calligraphy, Resin Art and Macrame, Mandala and Warli Art. The students exhibited their objects or works through modeling.
The participants of the summer camp were awarded certificates and trophies by the chief guest. Thereafter, choreographers, musicians and artists were honored; Kulwant Singh Dhillon in Vocal Instrument, Rohit and Saurav in Choreography, Natasha Sood in Public Speaking, Rosy in Calligraphy Art. She praised the Deputy Director of Cultural Affairs, Sharmila Nakra and the entire team for the successful organization of the summer camp.
The vote of thanks was delivered by Kirti. Dr. Palak Bowry acclaimed the children very much and encouraged them to participate in every activity in the same way. She said that children set new records if they get the right platform.
