SUMMER CAMP CONCLUDES AT SMD SCHOOL

Panchkula: This summer (27th May to 08th June), SMD Little Champ Smart School Sector-2 Panchkula offered kids an enriching, learning experience to help them get more out of a summer break, through a mix of fun and educational activities. Students were shown movie ‘Good Touch Bad Touch’ so that they are aware of the child abuse. Different craft activities Tearing and Pasting, Vegetable Painting, Paper Folding, Colouring Competition, Clay moulding, Germination of seeds etc were also done to engage the students. Morning Assembly was also done daily to seek God’s blessings and give moral values to children. Yoga and Dance classes was a regular feature. Magic Show and Story Telling were other attractions of Summer Camp. Playing in Splash Pool, Watermelon Party, Sandwich making, Sprouts Salad and Roohafza Party were the other attractions of Summer Camp. On the last day of the Camp, students gave a performance on the stage of what they had learnt in the last two weeks. Their Parents appreciated and enjoyed thoroughly. Principal Ms Deepika said “Summer Camp is the time where we can go beyond academics and focus on holistic development of all children. Director Mr Naresh Gupta appreciated the efforts of the teachers.
