Surjewala releases Gabi’s vision document
The people of Chandigarh are fed up with mismanagement and corruption of the BJP led Municipal Corporation
Chandigarh, December 19, 2021: AICC General Secretary, Randeep Surjewala and former Union Minister Pawan Bansal released a vision document of Gurpreet Singh Gabi, the Congress candidate from ward No. 34 at Ramleela Ground, sector 46 on Sunday. The rally was attended by hundreds of local residents.
The vision documents promised opening of Sampark center in sector 46 and removing all garbage from sector 45 and make it neat and clean at par with other sectors of the city.
Speaking on the occasion, Surjewala said that the people of Chandigarh are fed up with mismanagement and corruption of the BJP led Municipal Corporation. They shall vent their anger on the polling day.
We will ensure street lights, roads maintenance in registered societies: Pawan Bansal
Chandigarh, December 19, 2021: “After coming to power at MC, Congress led corporations will take up the responsibility of providing the street lights and its maintenance and roads as well within the premises of all registered Societies. The bills of the street lights within the society will also be paid by MC. This will substantially reduce the financial burden on the residents of societies substantially.”
Pawan Bansal former union minister stated this addressing poll rallies at sector 49 in ward no 35 on Sunday.
Bansal said that Chandigarh Congress shall involve resident welfare associations and Management of the societies in pursuing the issue of conversion of lease hold properties into free hold ones with the Chandigarh administration at reasonable cost. He criticized the BJP for not taking up this issue despite their promise made to the people of Chandigarh in their 2016 election manifesto.
He further said that the issue of awarding completion certificates to those housing societies, which have not received the same, shall be taken up forcefully with the Administration.
The meetings were attended by the enthusiastic crowd, who promised their full support to Davinder Kumar Gupta, the Congress Candidate from ward no 35.
