Meri Rockstar Wali Jeans deals with a very sensitive subject, is a poignant story of Bhanoo, a 10 year old girl played by a very talented child artist Taiyaba Mansuri and the relationship she shares with her Teacher Didi, played by Jangira herself. Chandrakala Satam plays Bhanoo's mother in the film.
The film title is so catchy and original that it has generated so much of curiosity about it. So, what's the significance of Rockstar Jeans? “let the film release, people will come to know on their own, but it’s not the usual story about a little girl who aspires to be a singer or a dancer, we have seen enough films on the same theme”, says Jangira.
This film also features a very beautiful song written by Jangira and composed by Rahul Jain, a perfect sort of an anthem for girls to dance on. “I am a natural and intuitive writer. I have been writing since my school time. Jangira wrote the lyrics in one sitting within half an hour and screenplay in five days after a month's research work. Don’t go by her looks. She is brain and raw talent all the way, with stunning looks and height she is truly a Creative Diva in Bollywood.
