Suvidha Centre employees to observe “Black Republic Day”

Ferozepur, January 24, 2014: Suvidha Centre employees provide “Suvidha” to all the inhabitants of their respective region, agitated by wearing black suits during their duty hours today.
Om Parkash Rana, President, Punjab State Suvidha Centre Union informed that the employees of Suvidha Centre’s are given meager salaries which is insufficient to both ends meet.
The employees of Suvidha Centre’s were given assurance by state government in December last that their demands regarding their salaries and permanent posts, shall be accepted during the first week of January 2014. But their demands are still not met till date.
He further informed that the employees of suvidha centre’s in Punjab shall celebrated the upcoming Republic Day as “Black Republic Day” and the representatives of state government shall be welcomed with black flags.
