Talent unleashed at KMV during Talent Fiesta 2024

Jalandhar, September 13, 2024: To explore the latent talent of its young scholars, Kanya Maha Vidyalaya (Autonomous) organized a mega event in the form of ‘Talent Fiesta’ 2024.  

The Chief Guest Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi was accorded floral felicitations on this occasion. The programme comprised competitions in various categories related to Dramatics, Music, Dance, Literary item etc.  Students from all streams, with full zeal and enthusiasm, exhibited their myriad skills in items like Group Dance, Choreography etc. as group performance. Solo performances were witnessed in items like Modeling, Dance, Fancy Dress, Quiz, Photography & Debate etc. 

During the function, the presentations depicting the skill development of women and the brilliant performance of women sportspersons were much lauded by everyone. 

While congratulating the prize winners in various categories, Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi stressed upon the need of such programs which extend learning beyond class rooms and provide platform to students to explore as well as showcase their talent. She reiterated the institution’s commitment to make consistent efforts for personality development of each student through development of right skills and holistic education. 

Prof. Dwivedi also threw light on the need of good communication skills, confidence and presence of mind while one performs on the stage. She congratulated Dr Gurjot, Dean, ECA and all the members of ECA Department for the successful organization of this mega event. The results of various competitions were as follow:
