Chandigarh, November 3, 2023: During the Vigilance Awareness Week, on Friday a talk was delivered on this year's theme Say no to corruption, commit to the nation by Davesh Moudgil, Advocate, Former Mayor Chandigarh and Senator, Panjab University at the Centre for Systems Biology and Bioinformatics, PU.
In his invigorating address he urged everyone to be true to themselves, their parents and our nation. He laid emphasis on the fact that if each one of us is uprightous, it will go a long way to remove corruption which will be our contribution towards our nation building.
The concluding remarks were delivered by the Chairperson of the Centre, Dr. Tammanna R. Sahrawat.

Chandigarh, November 3, 2023: Department of Biophysics, Panjab University Chandigarh organised a lecture to commemorate vigilance awareness week 2023 in the Department of Biophysics, coordinated by Chairperson of the department Dr. Tanzeer Kaur, where Dr. K.P Singh Director General of Police, Haryana,(Rtd), and Distinguished Professor of Rajiv Gandhi Law University, Patiala, delivered a talk. Dr. K.P Singh gave a vivid description of the types of corruption and the laws protecting against corruption in India. He also gave insights of his personal experiences, which inspired young generations to take forth the idea of a corruption free nation.
