The store features a Palette Match Finder that uses AI-VR-led make-up trials and skin analyser mirrors, allowing customers to virtually try on make-up products. The Palette Beauty Console helps in recommending personalised products catering to specific needs of customers by gathering information, including gender, age, and skin type.
