Online seminar organized by DIPS on National Technology Day
Jalandhar: Everybody has become dependent upon technology during these COVID times. Thus to acquaint students their parents and their grandparents with new technology, DIPS chain organized an online seminar on National Technology Day. During the seminar HOD’s computer Science made students and their parents aware of the online education, different interactive Applications etc.
IT head Manjit of Dips and computer department of Tanda School Swatantra told that examinations are going to be online in the coming days, so parents and children should also know about online technology. During this, he told that while studying online, children should take care of things so that they do not become a victim of cybercrime in any way. With this, parents and grand parents were given information about Skype, video calling.
MD Sardar Tarwinder Singh stated that technology has brought three generations together which is what these testing times demand. we are miles apart yet connected to one another, CEO Monica Mandotra said that technology Day is considered to be a hall mark of technical, innovative and scientific advancement. She also wished for DIPS Students to excel in scientific fields and make their institutions as well as their country proud.
