Teej festival celebrated at Dr. A.V.M Public Senior Secondary School
Teej festival was celebrated with great pomp in Dr. A.V.M Public Senior Secondary School, near Isa Nagri Puli. On this occasion, the students of the school participated in various cultural activities wearing beautiful Punjabi costumes and once again presented the school's commitment towards the all-round development of the students.
Ludhiana, August 17, 2024: Teej festival was celebrated with great pomp in Dr. A.V.M Public Senior Secondary School, near Isa Nagri Puli. On this occasion, the students of the school participated in various cultural activities wearing beautiful Punjabi costumes and once again presented the school's commitment towards the all-round development of the students.
On this occasion, Managing Committee Chairman Rajiv Kumar Lovely said that Dr. AVM Public Senior Secondary School has always emphasized on the all-round development of students and such cultural activities are organized from time to time. Today a special program has been organized on Teej, during which school girls enjoyed various cultural activities in colorful costumes, which included Giddha, Boliyaan etc.
School Principal Manisha Gaba appreciated the wonderful performance given by all the students. She said that such cultural activities boost the morale of the students. On this occasion, school authorities felicitated Varneet Kaur of 10th-B and Dilreet Kaur of section 4th-C who came first in the senior section and Jannat of section 8th-C who came second by presenting them Phulkaris.
On this occasion Vice Principal Amita Rajan, Harsh Bala, Manisha, Jagdeep, Gurleen Kaur, Neha Manchanda, Sonia were also present among the staff members of the school.
