Mumbai, January 19, 2013: The tenth edition of the Standard Chartered Mumbai Marathon organised an interactive session with the international event ambassador Haile Gebrselassie.
Conducted for the first time, the elite Indian Athletes got a rare opportunity to interact with "KING" Haile Gebrselassie. The athletes enjoyed speaking to him, gathering tips, talking about various running styles and were advised as to, how to be a world class runner.
In a rare occasion, this is the first time SCMM amateur runners got an opportunity of their lifetime, as they ran alongside Haile Gebrselassie at Marine Drive.
In addition to this Fauja Singh, centenarian marathon runner known as the Turbaned Tornado shared a light moment with the King.
