Textbook of English for Law students Released at UILS
A textbook of English with the title "Literary Lyre for the Students of Law" authored by Prof Chanchal Narang and published by Publication Bureau of Panjab University was released by Honorable Justice Vinod Bhardwaj, Judge Punjab and Haryana High Court, Justice Mrs Raj Rahul retd Judge, Sr Advocate Mr Aashish Chopra, Prof Shruti Bedi Director, UILS and Prof Rajinder Director Publication Bureau.

Chandigarh, January 25, 2025: A textbook of English with the title "Literary Lyre for the Students of Law" authored by Prof Chanchal Narang and published by Publication Bureau of Panjab University was released by Honorable Justice Vinod Bhardwaj, Judge Punjab and Haryana High Court, Justice Mrs Raj Rahul retd Judge, Sr Advocate Mr Aashish Chopra, Prof Shruti Bedi Director, UILS and Prof Rajinder Director Publication Bureau.
Prof Rajinder introduced the author during the event and shared that this is the 5th book by the author and is meant for the academic training of law students in English language. Prof Chanchal Narang while speaking about the book said that, "the book addresses the teachers of English and navigates their path towards language teaching. Also, the book steers the path of students towards learning language through literature by engaging them in various immersive language experiences and exercises".
It was a well attended session with literary discussion.
