Thapar Institute Expert addresses MBA students at PAU

Dr Arunesh Garg, Associate Professor from LM Thapar, School of Business Studies, Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, addressed the students of MBA and MBA (Agri Business), School of Business Studies (SBS), Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), on the topic of 'Research Methodology.'

Ludhiana, June 13, 2023: Dr Arunesh Garg, Associate Professor from LM Thapar, School of Business Studies, Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, addressed the students of MBA and MBA (Agri Business), School of Business Studies (SBS), Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), on the topic of 'Research Methodology.'

Dr Garg discussed research designs and their types. He explained that the first step of the research was to define the problem, followed by exploratory or descriptive research design. It was essential to define geographical boundary, population, sample size and sampling technique, he stressed, while talking about various probability and non-probability sampling techniques used in research.

While proposing a vote of thanks, Dr Ramandeep Singh, Director, SBS, highlighted the importance of research methodology and selection of the respondents.
