Ferozepur, December 31, 2012: On Sunday night, some unidentified persons, had stolen one rifle 12 bore and 25 live cartridges from a house in New Colony at Zira in Ferozepur District.
The Zira police have registered a case of theft, on the written statement of Amarjit Singh, resident of Ward No.1 New Colony, Zira and have started further proceedings to nab the thieves.
Jasbir Singh, SI who is enquiring into the matter said, according to the complainant, Amarjit Singh he came to know only in the morning that some unidentified persons have stolen his 12 bore double barrel rifle and 25 live cartridges.
