DCM Presidency organised a two days’ DCM MUN 2022 on 30 August 2022 and 31 August in which as many as 250 delegates participated from different schools of Punjab.

Ludhiana, September 1, 2022: DCM Presidency School believes in making its pupils empowered. May it be in scholastic, co-scholastic and with the desire of making the students of DCM Presidency, a unique blend of confidence with excellent communication, DCM Presidency organised a two days’ DCM MUN 2022 on 30 August 2022 and 31 August in which as many as 250 delegates participated from different schools of Punjab. It hosted six committees and the students deliberated on the issues viz. Cyber Warfare & International Cyber Security and how to tackle it? Human Rights Violation in conflict with special emphasis on Ukraine, Punjab Water Crisis with the special emphasis on Matewara Industry ,Religious Intolerance and how to solve it? Situation in the Middle East etc. The delegates in action captivated all by their knowledge, in-depth research and efforts. 

The Opening Session, Day 1, commenced in the august presence of the Guest of Honour, Jatinder Singh, Inspector, Cyber Crime. On Day 2,Dr.Poonampreet Kaur (PCS), Joint Commissioner cum Zonal Commissioner herself witnessed the working of every committee and appreciated the efforts put in by the students. 

Mun,the academic simulation of the United Nations, culminated with the awards, accorded by Rupinder Kaur Bhatti ADCP Traffic. The awards were extended for various categories viz. Best Delegate, High Commendation and Honorable Mention. 
The Principal Rajni Kalra was overwhelmed to see the students’ preparedness and attentiveness for the event and urged   the students to participate in such events in future also.
