TIBETAN CAREER CENTRE to recruit Tibetan beauty therapist

Dharamshala, March 13, 2013: The Tibetan Career Centre, a joint initiative of Central Tibetan Administration and TechnoServe, is holding its first ever recruitment for the post of beauty therapist at Lugsam settlement in Bylakuppe.

For the first time in Tibetan settlements in India, Tibetan Career Centres in India and Nepal is working with ‘Kaya Skin Care and Clinic’ to recruit Tibetan beauty therapist,” Palden Sangpo, Consultant at Tibetan Career Centre in Bylakuppe, said .

“As we see growth of Tibetan beauty professional in major cities like Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai and Delhi, who are working with major beauty brands in India. In fact the beauty professional like hairstylist and beautician has become new trend in Tibetan community and Tibetan community has produced a good number of such professionals,” Palden said.

He said the Career Centres are planning such recruitments in various Tibetan settlements.
