It was a single platform for 12 pass outs or about to be passed out to explore, compare, and discover career paths of their choice far away from routine and mundane choices such as Engineering and Medical.

Organized by K 2 Learning, this three-city Kota, Bangalore and Hyderabad event attracted well over 15000 students and parents. It has 18 concurrent sessions, seminars, and workshops. It had forty plus stalls.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Sripal Jain, CEO of K 2 Learning and Founder of Career Utsav, said: “Great careers do not happen. They are made”. All of us want a great career. But, none of us choose it scientifically. And we regret later. It is very important to visit Career Fair events like this, interact with experts from different career paths and choose it wisely and whatever your heart tells. Don’t allow your patents to take career decision on your behalf, he told them

The little over hundred experts at Career Utsav discussed various careers, what skills they need to get into that career, how they can get into it; what is the job profile, emoluments, where do they get career opportunities etc.

There is a life beyond Medicine and Engineering. Students told to explore conventional career opportunities.
