Two-day photo exhibition by Ludhiana Photojournalist Association attracted more than one thousand visitors

Ludhiana, August 20, 2022: 2 day photo exhibition "One Thousand Words" by Ludhiana photojournalist Association on the World Photography Day at Dr. Mahinder Singh Randhawa Art Gallery, Punjabi Bhawan near Bharat Nagar Chowk Ludhiana concluded today. Surabhi Malik, Deputy Commissioner, Ludhiana was the chief guest and Balkar Singh Sandhu, Mayor of Ludhiana was the guest of honour in the closing ceremony held here today. The exhibition attracted more than thousand visitors from each part of Ludhiana.

The theme of the exhibition was "One Thousand's Words" where 42 Pics of 21 photojournalists from leading national and regional newspapers were exhibited in this photo exhibition.

Photo journalists who took part in the exhibition were Gurmeet Singh, Kuldeep Singh Kala, Ajay Nepal, Ashwani Dhiman, Himanshu Mahajan, Gurpreet Singh, Inderjit Verma, Harvinder Singh Kala, Munish Mottan, Ramesh Verma, Vishal Dhall, Vijay Chayal, Vishal Garg, Kanwaljeet Singh Dung, Neel Kamal Sharma, Rakesh Modgil, Sourav Arora, Satwinder Basra, Lucky Bhatti, Harvinder Singh and Amit Bassi. They were honored with a certificate from Surabhi Malik, Deputy Commissioner Ludhiana.

Balkar Singh Sandhu, Mayor of Ludhiana, appreciated the work of photo Journalists. Ludhiana Photojournalist Association honoured Advocate Harpreet Sandhu and Zonal Commissioner Jasdev Singh Sekhon for their interest in photography.
