TWO years rigorous imprisonment to two then officials of North Fronter Railway and ten others in recruitment of Khalasi

Jalandhar, August 1, 2013: The Special Judge, CBI, cases Guwahati (Assam) has convicted  Jitendra Khakhlari, the then Office Superintendent (Personnel), N.F. Railway, Guwahati & Krishna Kumar Das, the then Head Clerk N.F. Railway, Maligaon (Guwahati) and ten private persons i.e. Rampati Das;Sunil Malakar;  Tithiram Rajbanshi; Shri Swapan Kumar Das;  Siba Prasad Rajbanshi; Ratan Rajbanshi; Shri Sankar Gowala; Shri Ramesh Ali; Rabindra Ch. Biswas and  Sunil Sarkar. They were sentenced them to undergo two years Rigorous Imprisonment in a case related to recruitment of Khalasi on fake & forged documents.
