A delegation of UCPMA, Ludhiana submits memorandum to Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana.
Ludhiana, July 11, 2013: A delegation of United Cycle and Parts Manufacturers Association (UCPMA) met Paramjeet Singh Gill, Police Commissioner Ludhiana under the presidentship of Gurmeet Singh Kular, to discuss about traffic related problems.
The delegates handed over a memorandum in which difficulties regarding the industrial security, traffic problems and other problems faced by the industrialist as well as the people mentioned in detailed.
The main stress was given on night patrolling in the Industrial Area in which incidents of theft and snatching of belongings specially the money take place especially during the days of disbursement of wages and salaries and advance to the industrial staff.
The problem of traffic jams was also discussed. The delegates pointed out that the problem was more severe at Giaspura Chowk and Dholewal Chowk.
The officer gave a patient hearing to the delegation and assured to do the needful in the matter.
