Chandigarh, February 13, 2025: The University Institute of Fashion Technology (UIFT), Panjab University, came alive with joy and celebration as students and faculty gathered for a Valentine’s Gala.
Themed “Black and Red”, the event saw attendees dressed in elegant outfits, adding to the charm of the beautifully decorated venue. The one-hour celebration was filled with music, laughter, and fun interactions, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere. An exchange of roses and sweets symbolised love, friendship, and appreciation, fostering stronger bonds between students and teachers.
The presence of faculty members made the event even more special, as they actively participated, reflecting the strong student-teacher camaraderie at UIFT. Speaking about the occasion, Dr. Prabhdip Brar, Chairperson, UIFT, expressed her joy at seeing such enthusiasm and togetherness. “It’s heartening to see our students not only excel academically but also engage in celebrations that promote bonding and positivity. Events like these strengthen our institute’s spirit and create beautiful memories,” she said. This event was coordinated by Ms.Kirti Sheoran under the guidance of Dr. Prabhdip Brar, with student coordinators Myra Saini and Mariya Shaikh, ensuring a well-organised and engaging celebration.
