Union Budget 2024: No Major Good Announcement For Ludhiana/Punjab

PM Awas Yojana Urban 2.0 will be good with an investment of Rs 10 lac crore that needs of one crore urban poor and middle class families will be addressed.

Hope Ludhiana/ Punjab will get few industrial parks as these will be developed in 100 cities. 

Highest ever railway budget of rupees 2.56 lac crore will be good for each and every part of the  country.

It is a good decision for industrial cities like Ludhiana  that SIDBI will open 24 new branches to serve MSME clusters.

It’s also good decision for students that financial support for higher education loans will be upto rupees 10 lacs in domestic institutions .

Rental housing in PPP mode for industrial workers is a welcome step. 

Tax rate structure revised in new regime is good, if not very good. 

Low tax on real estate sales is a welcomed step to boost constructions.

 Health budget of 89287 crore is good to improve health infrastructure in the country.
