Unprecedented rush for admissions at GKU

Talwandi Sabo, July 16, 2014: Guru Kashi University, Talwandi Sabo established vide Punjab Act 37 of 2011 has made significant strides in all streams. These days, unprecedented rush can be seen not only in the Admission Cell of the University but also here, there & everywhere in the campus. The university is running Engineering, Agriculture, Commerce, Management, Physical Education, Computer Applications, Education, Arts & M.Phil & Ph.D programmes.  As stated by Sh. Satish Goswami, Registrar, for limited seats of M.Phil & Ph.D, there are about 250 applicants. The Agri. Engineering & Petroleum Engineering programmes are attracting a large number of students. The admission is being made purely on merits. The fees being charged is specified in the prospectus without any hidden charges. The Guru Kashi University aims at producing best scholars as well as dignified citizens. University has tie-up with number of banks for Education Loan.
