‘Urban Mixology with Flairtending Workshop’ at GNA University
Faculty of Hospitality at GNA University in association with GNA University Institution’s Innovation Council (GU-IIC) organised one day workshop on ‘Urban Mixology with Flairtending’.
Jalandhar, October 19, 2022: Faculty of Hospitality at GNA University in association with GNA University Institution’s Innovation Council (GU-IIC) organised one day workshop on ‘Urban Mixology with Flairtending’. The key objective behind organizing this Workshop was to make students aware of key trends in bar industry, build strong basic and contemporary alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages and to give a brief idea of flairing.
Karundeep Sharma, Bar Manager, Peddlers Pub, Patiala was the resource person for the Workshop. He holds experience of working in bar with reputed hotels like Ramada Jaipur and ITC Windsor Bangalore. The Workshop focussed on introduction of cocktail families, different methods of cocktail making, classic and contemporary cocktails, and workstation and fire flairing.
Dr VK Rattan, Vice-Chancellor, GNA University presented memento as a token of gratitude to the guest and expressed his gratitude for organising such a Workshop of great interest.
