Vajra Army Pre-Primary School, Jalandhar Cantt run under the aegis of Vajra Corps, celebrated its much awaited Annual Function on the theme “Taare Zameen Par,”. The event witnessed vibrant celebration of talent, culture and creativity with mesmerising participation of Kindergarten children. The function was graced by Mrs. Deepali Tewari, parents and civil dignitaries from the area.

Jalandhar, December 23, 2024: Vajra Army Pre-Primary School, Jalandhar Cantt run under the aegis of Vajra Corps, celebrated its much awaited Annual Function on the theme “Taare Zameen Par,”. The event witnessed vibrant celebration of talent, culture and creativity with mesmerising participation of Kindergarten children. The function was graced by Mrs. Deepali Tewari, parents and civil dignitaries from the area.
All parents gathered with excitement to witness the efforts of their little stars."Taare Zameen Par” highlighted the unique potential and brilliance of every child, fostering the idea that every individual has something special to contribute.
The program began with the ceremonial lighting of lamp followed by a soulful rendition of Saraswati Vandana by the students of Upper Kindergarten. The event unfolded with a variety of cultural performances, each showcasing hard work and dedication of its young performers. The principal’s address was a moment of pride and reflection which highlighted school’s achievements over the year and its unwavering commitment to holistic education.
Prize Distribution ceremony was presided over by Deepali Tewari where all participants were rewarded. Master Anshuman, a passionate roller skater from Upper Kindergarten and son of Havildar Narender Singh received special felicitation for winning two Silvers and one Bronze medal in District as well as State level Roller Skating Championships 2024. The event concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks and rendition of the National Anthem leaving the audience inspired and proud.
