Ludhiana, February 8, 2025: In a generous act of its Corporate Social Responsibility, Vardhman Group, under the leadership of S.P. Oswal, Padma Bhushan Awardee and CMD of Vardhman Group, has donated a fully equipped ambulance to the renowned Rehras Sewa Society. This was donated with the aim of serving the community with gratitude and compassion, especially in support of critical blood and platelet donation initiatives.
The Rehras Sewa Society, known for its dedicated work in organising blood donation and platelets donation camps, expressed immense gratitude to S.P. Oswal and Vardhman Textiles Ltd. for his unwavering support in the form of this life-saving ambulance. The ambulance will be crucial for the society's work, providing transportation for patients and potential donors during emergencies and critical times. Additionally, it will play a vital role in preserving and transporting blood and platelets collected during donation drives.
On this momentous occasion, Neeraj Jain, Joint Managing Director of Vardhman Group, flagged off the ambulance and extended his best wishes to the Rehras Sewa Society for the effective utilization of the vehicle in serving society. The keys of the vehicles were handed over to Sukhwinder Singh Kiron, Founder & President of the Rehras Sewa Society.
