Vedika and Koel to go against each other in Pukaar - Dil se Dil Tak 

Sony Entertainment Television's heartwarming family drama 'Pukaar - Dil Se Dil Tak', weaves a powerful and emotional tale of love, loss and redemption. Set in the picturesque city of Jaipur, the show chronicles the life of a mother and her two daughters who are separated by sinister forces. However, destiny intervenes when the paths of Vedika (Sayli Salunkhe), Saraswati (Sukhada Khandkekar) and Koel (Anushka Merchande) cross again after 20 years to fight against the people who shattered their family. 

During the upcoming pooja for Kathu Shyam Ji, Koel attempts to steal a precious haar from Rajeshwari's locker. Rajeshwari, in a cunning move, tries to frame Vedika’s foster parents, Padma and Kishorilal for the theft. Meanwhile, Vedika uncovers Mayuri as the true mastermind behind the robbery and vows to put her behind bars. A shocking revelation sees Koel learn about the kalash that Rajeshwari had gifted to Janvi in her childhood, promising her future acceptance into the Maheshwari family as Sagar’s bride. Padma and Kishorilal gave the kalash to Vedika, and recognizing Vedika as Janvi, Koel devises a plan for revenge. She acquires a replica of the kalash, aiming to use it as proof of her own identity as Saraswati's missing daughter, Janvi. 

Speaking about this week's drama, actor Sayli Salunkhe, who plays Vedika, said, "It's a rather heartbreaking week. Until now, Vedika and Koel have always been friends but now, there are scenes where Koel and Vedika fight against each other. On and off screen, Anuskha and I share a very strong bond, we fondly call each other “Behaaan”, so it's emotionally challenging for both of us to showcase this newfound angst and misunderstanding between both characters. But for viewers, this week is filled with a lot of drama with multiple ups and downs, so I’m excited for that.”
