VICTORY: Orders issued for increase in petroleum dealer's commission

Ludhiana, October 26, 2012: Sukhminderpal Singh Grewal, National Secretary, FAIPT, has said they have now received a copy of the letter from the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas vide which they have directed the Oil companies to increase the dealers commission on MS from Rs. 1499/kl to Rs. 1749/kl and on HSD from Rs. 912 /kl to Rs. 1089 /kl.

In a statement to City Air News here today, he added oil companies have been directed to implement it with immediate effect. “President Ashok Badhwar and Vice President North Pasupathi Matta were present in the Ministry the whole of Thursday and also today till lunch time trying to firm the entire process because all the news channels with one voice are broadcasting the news that there is a Cabinet reshuffle on Sunday and FAIPT did not wish to take up any chances”, he revealed.

He said, “It’s a tragedy in our business that some people shall never see any good in whatever FAIPT does but then as long as the vast majority of dealers understand the truth, it is tremendous satisfaction and just reward for the efforts put in”.
