Vidhan Sabha Speaker urges youth to collaborate for Rangla Punjab
Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan on Saturday emphasized that the strength of the younger generation can take the state to greater heights and added that the Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann-led AAP government is making sincere efforts to harness this youthful energy to create a Rangla Punjab.
Ludhiana, November 30, 2024: Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan on Saturday emphasized that the strength of the younger generation can take the state to greater heights and added that the Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann-led AAP government is making sincere efforts to harness this youthful energy to create a Rangla Punjab.
Speaking at the second day of the Punjab State Inter-Varsity Youth Festival at Punjab Agricultural University (PAU), Sandhwan, accompanied by MLA Gurpreet Bassi Gogi and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Satbir Singh Gosal, highlighted that India is the youngest nation in the world. He stressed that the potential of the youth can transform the country into a superpower, and can position Punjab as the leading state in India.
The Speaker pointed out that educated youth not only have the ability to succeed individually but can also significantly impact society as a whole. He urged the youth to collaborate with the government and dedicate themselves to a prosperous Punjab, fostering love, peace, and harmony among all.
Sandhwan also extended his best wishes to the students for their future endeavors.
The second day of the festival featured the renowned folk dance "Jhumar," along with various other events, including Kathak, Bharatanatyam, Odissi, as well as competitions in poster making, cartooning, painting, debate, and elocution.
