Jalandhar, May 17, 2024: Doaba College Jalandhar was soaked in spiritual fervour as it organised a Bhajan Sandhya “Mystic Melodies with Vikram Hazra’ in association with ‘The Art of Living’ to celebrate Birth Anniversary of Ravi Shankar, Founder of Art of Living organisation in Virendra Auditorium.
Dhruv Mittal, Treasurer-presided over the function , Dr. Sushma Chawla, Vice President, Harish Gupta, Dr. SP Gupta, Arun Mittal, Member Doaba College Managing Committee were the Guests of Honour.
The event began with a lamp lighting ceremony by members of Doaba College Managing Committee, Dr. Pardeep Bhandari, Principal, Doaba College, Dr. Prem Rana, The renowned gynaecologist and the Art of Living Teachers Sh. Rohit Sharma, Dewansh Bhaskar and Sh. Vijay Sharma.
In this event, the world renowned-motivational musician & Peace activist Vikram Hazra ‘s melodies voice got everyone in audience grooving and dancing with joy. He was accompanied by Manas, renowned Violinist.
Hazra recited famous bhajans.
During the vote of thanks for the musical evening, Principal Dr. Pardeep Bhandari said that Sh. Vikram Hazra truly create a spiritual an surreal atmosphere at the venue for the intellectuals in attendance and made the evening once in a lifetime experience for everyone. It is matter of faith and joy for Doaba College that the entire atmosphere of the event felt truly spiritual and divine.
Vikram Hazra was then honoured with memento by Principal Dr Pardeep Bhandari, Dr. Prem Rana and members of Doaba College Managing Committee. The stage was well conducted by Prof. Sakshi Chopra.
