The Ferozepur police have confiscated car moving in the city with red light and black film glasses despite strict ban.

Ferozepur, January 3, 2013: The police have confiscated a swift car moving in the city with red light and black film glasses despite strict ban.
The car was fitted with a plate bearing “Joint Secretary, Anti Crime Punjab Society”.
As per the sources, the car with registration No.PB-61A-6177, was seen by the DSP Vibhor Sharma, plying in the city under suspicious circumstances and on signaling to stop the car, the driver tried to move fast but the police managed to stop it.
Gurdip Singh, In-charge city police station informed that on demanding the valid driving licence, the driver misbehaved with the police. The car has been confiscated, under Motor Vehicles Act, on charges of having no valid driving licence with driver Darpan Goyal, a resident of Dhawan Colony, ignoring the police signal, fitting of red light and black film on glasses, not using the seat belt etc.
