Ludhiana, October 28, 2021: Vigilance Awareness Week is being celebrated nationwide from 26 October, 2021 to 1st November, 2021on theme “Independent India @75: Self Reliance with Integrity”. To commemorate this occasion Walkathon was organized by Punjab National Bank, Zonal Office, Ludhiana under the leadership of its Zonal Manager Sumanta Mohanty along with Ajay Vermani-DZM, Daljit Singh-DGM, Jagjit Singh-DGM, Jatinder Mankotia – Circle Head Ludhiana East, Praveen Kumar Gupta – Circle Head Ludhiana West.
Other retired and working Bank staff of the Zonal Office, Circle Office – Ludhiana East & Ludhiana West along with staff from other offices in Ludhiana City participated in the event.
The walkathon started from Zonal Office and concluded at Rajguru Nagar. On this occasion, Mohanty addressed the Bank staff regarding vigilance awareness week and guided them to play role in the overall growth of an individual and as well as nation. All the participants were carrying the placards with different slogans on ethical life to create awareness among staff as well as public at large.
