Jalandhar: In Innocent Hearts, a webinar depicting the role of a mother in family with the theme "Motherhood in Challenging Time" was conducted.
The eminent personalities in this webinar, Dr. Sushma Chawla MD, Gynecologist from Jalandhar, Mrs. Pooja Bose - Principal High Range School from Kerala, Mrs. Vinodita Sankhyam - CBSE Resource Person from Amritsar, and Mrs. Aarti Ahuja - Holistic Healer from Gujarat expressed their views. The moderator was Mrs. Sharmila Nakra, Cultural Head of Innocent Hearts and Motivational Speaker. The invited guests praised and appreciated the role of the mother in this difficult time, but at the same time explained to them that they should not compromise their health while taking care of everyone. In order to keep the atmosphere of the house positive, it is necessary to be physically and mentally healthy. Mrs. Pooja Bose and Mrs. Vinodita Sankhyam gave tips to all mothers on how to organize themselves and encourage children to study online, Dr. Sushma Chawla gave health tips to mothers while Holistic Healer Aarti Ahuja helped mothers stay positive. Finally, Sharmila Nakra thanked all the speakers and recited a poem in honour of the mothers. The speakers also addressed the questions asked by the mothers.
