Jalandhar, May 20, 2023: Department of Psychology organised a webinar on the topic "Stress Management: An Overview". Dr. Indu Bala, Assistant Professor at BPSMV, Kanpur Kalan, Sonepat was the Keynote Speaker of the day. She discoursed on various causes, symptoms and remedies of stress. A total of 35 students along with faculty members participated in the webinar.
As stress has become a deep-rooted part of our lifestyle, regardless of age or profession, the attendees found themselves able to easily relate to the talk. With the encouraging reviews given by the attendees, the webinar turned out to be fruitful.
President Naresh Kumar Budhia, Senior Vice President Vinod Dada, members of the managing committee and principal Prof.(Dr.) Pooja Prashar appreciated the efforts of the Department of Psychology and the keynote speaker in organizing such activities for the holistic development of the students.
